Windows 10: Help!!! Computer stuck in automatic repair mode

Computer now stuck in an endless loop after trying to update to 1809 twice. both times failed & rolled back changes. The third time I tried to restart my computer it's now in automatic repair mode and I've tried everything even cmd prompt...nothing is working!!

In regards to your concern, kindly help me with following questions:

1. Does the computer boot to the desktop or is it still on Automatic repair?
   
2. What happens when you try to proceed with Automatic repair?
   

Meanwhile, you may try with the following steps and check if it resolves the issue:

• Restart the computer.
  
• Unplug all the external devices.
  
• Clean boot and Disable/uninstall security software. To perform clean boot, you may go through the article on
  
  How to perform a clean boot in Windows 10.
  
  

Clean Boot disclaimer: A clean boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.

• Run Windows Update Troubleshooter.
  
• Try installing the update.
  

If the computer is not booting to the desktop despite running automatic repair, follow the below steps:

• Unplug all external devices.
  
• Perform System Restore. To do that, you may follow
  Restore from a system restore point from
  Recovery options in Windows 10.
  
• Follow the suggestions from above step to install the update.
