    Hello, I have a Lenovo B590 Laptop running Windows 10 and I've been experiencing 5 minute lags when trying to connect to websites. I tried booting the computer in Safe Mode and running a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner but it got stuck and was unable to finish scanning. Also tried running a full scan using Windows Defender in Normal Mode, it said it didn't find anything.The erratic behavior seemed to stop for a couple of days, but this morning I couldn't load any websites for a half hour, then it started working again and back off again. What would be the best software to use to
