Windows 10: HELP: constantly frozen or blue screen keeps coming up

Hi all.
I have searched for solutions but nothing has worked for me so far. I'm really frustrated and need help.
My computer is constantly frozen or blue screen keeps coming up and keeps crashing my system with different error messages like kernel code or irql_note_less_or equal.

I've already updated my version of windows 10, for the version 20h2, but it keeps happening the same.

Besides updating the Windows, I already cleaned, run the antivirus, followed all the tips founded on HP and your website.

Do you think that maybe could be a hardware problem?

Mostly I use my computer for gaming.

The computer is an HP Pavillion Gaming Desktop 690-00xx, already with 3 years, and with the windows 10 version 20h2


Can you please help me with this?

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
