Windows 10: **HELP!** Destroyed my Windows 10 path stuff

So ugh I don't know if the topic I gave is right but I need help, a week ago I've fully f*cked up my computer by forcibly changing the path of my user folder, I've also dragged everything to the new user folder I made and it works just fine. When it comes to the apps and windows stuff almost all of them has some stuff going around always errors, for example, I tried changing some settings for my mouse using the windows mouse application, when I click "Cursor" it gives me an error that "pin_eoa.cur" and that "person_eoa.cur" is missing due to a change of the path of my user folder. So basically

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
