Windows 10: Help Diagnosing Watchdog Clock Error

Hey Everyone, need some help furthering my diagnosis of a system freeze/BSOD as I've hit a dead end.Background:This is a custom built PC where I've just replaced the CPU i7 13700K, Motherboard MAG Z790 Tomahawk Wifi, RAM 32 GB of DDR 5, and OS fresh windows 11 install. There are 2 PCs with these exact components, one having an issue and one running just fine. Both also have a heat sink CPU cooler.Broken PC: 550W Gold 80+ PU and a GTX 1080Working PC: 750W Gold 80+ PU and a RTX 3080 TiIssue Description:The PC that is not working will freeze up, and occasionally throw a watchdog clock err

Clock Watchdog Timeout error

I am trying to upgrade my Windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro, during Installation I get a blue screen with error
"Clock Watchdog timeout". I have Dell notebook 6430u with I7 and 8gig ram. This process of upgrading to new windows 10 takes along time, anyone have any suggestions before I start the upgrade one more time. I already check no viruses or malware,

Any help would be grateful.

Found my fix:

1. Downloaded a current (April 2018) ISO of Windows 10 64-bit from Microsoft

1. Downgraded product from "Enterprise" to "Pro"
   
2. HIGHLY LIKELY issue with UPDATES for Spectre and Meltdown
   

Windows now works!! those new updates are not installed yet (unless they are part of the new ISO i used.)

CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT

I was opening Fox fire when my screen and it went blue with clock watchdog timeout error. I can not shut down computer or do anything. It has been stuck on error screen for a hour. Help.
