Windows 10: Help! Did I get a virus or is my computer okay?

Hi! I was looking up images with the Google Lens option, specifically at related photos and clicked on one for a website called "Tumgir," with an icon that looks like the Tumblr icon except yellow. When the page opened, a pop-up appeared saying, "Your computer is being scanned." A green bar started filling up horizontally in the pop-up, and it looked like an off-brand system one when you're deleting files or something. I quickly exited the tab because I was freaking out. I didn't get any screenshots, but I promptly went to scan my laptop for viruses quick scan with the Windows security alrea

i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs
