Windows 10: Help downgrading to windows 10

I am trying to downgrade to windows 10 from windows 11 since a lot of applications I try to use wont work due to issues with TPM 2.0 and secure boost. I have used windows 11 for a while now so I can't use the go back feature since it has been past 10 days. From what I read online I have to do a backup and do a clean isntaal. If that is the case what is the best cloud service to use since onedrive wont work on my PC. The Windows back up app works partially, what I mean is that it back everything up except my files. It has an option to configure which files to back up but clicking it doesn't t

I would try these:

• Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
• Try auto-repair
• Follow these steps:

1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
3. Click "Repair this computer"
4. Go to "Advanced options"
5. click system restore
6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
