Windows 10: Help driver usb 3.0

I have windows 10 latest version and a transcend 3.0 usb hard disk 4tb. Whenever i connect it, it isn't detected unless i go to device manager, uninstall usb 3.0, and scan for hardware changes all while still connecting the hard disk. It's getting annoying. Sometimes i have to restart after i uninstall the driver, sometimes it randomly disconnects. I need help asap. The problem isn't the hard disk

the options will pop out after loading the disc choose

then the list (step by step)

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin
