    My laptop keeps crashing and displays this error message in event viewer, help!!Service cannot be started.     Windows 11 says "0" instead of "12" in 12-hour time

    Hi. Why does Windows 11 keep saying "0" instead of "12" in 12-hour time (e.g., "0:00 AM" instead of "12:00 AM" and "0:00 PM" instead of "12:00 PM")? I didn't change any settings, but I'm still experiencing this.
