    I have not been able to install Windows10 updates for months, I get error code 0x800f0831. From what I see around the Internet, a LOT of people have this problem. Microsoft needs to put out a fix, there are way too many suffering this. I have tried all the methods in this link that could be done, none worked:https://ugetfix.com/ask/how-to-fix-windows-10-update-error-code-0x800f0831/I am running Windows 10 Home, 21H2 OS Build 19044, 1586. The latest update that will not install is: KB5014699. My history also says update KB5013924 failed to install. But I know others also have failed. This has b

    Cumulative update KB4530684 fails with error code 0x800f0831

    Hello. I'm currently on Windows Version 1903, build 18362.418. I've been trying for some time to install the latest cumulative update KB4530684, both via Windows Update and directly from the Microsoft Update Catalog, but it always results in failure, with
    error code 0x800f0831 shown in Update History.

    Can anyone shed any light on this please?
