    HELP! Failed Format! PC Won't stop turning on/off


    Windows kept nagging me that my recovery drive was to small,
    so I attempted to do a fresh install, I created a bootable flash drive,
    and went into advanced, deleted a recovery drive thinking a new one would be made (unfortunately I forgot to log it)
    then tried to install windows on the only drive that provided next...
    all the checkmarks went through and then it told me I needed to restart to continue,
    but then it just looped me back to the flash drive..asking me to install again...

    so powered PC off and removed USB so that it wouldn't boot from it....
    and it keeps starting and then shutting off, even if I manualy hold the button,
    or close the laptop screen cover...it starts again, and then restarts....
    the only way to stop it is to keep the flash drive in it...but then I can't power off the PC...

    How can I figure out what I deleted, and restore it...or just completely restart...

    I have:
    Drive 0 Partition 1
    Drive 0 Partition 2
    Drive 0 Partition 3
    Drive 0 Partition 4 (Samsung_REC)
    Drive 1 Partition 1
    Drive 1 Partition 2

    What is going on here? Why so many partitions....
    I'm freaking out...do I smash pc to stop it from rebooting?

    I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way
