Windows 10: Help fixing “blue screen of death” error code: 0xc000021a

Hello,


If anyone can please help me fix my Acer laptop in getting it out of “blue screen of death” error code: 0xc000021a. I believe this all came about a few years ago after the 1st windows 10 came out. It just continously restarts & comes back to this screen over & over. Ive already tried turning it off then back on again for safe mode but it wont work. Id greatly appreciate any/all help!

The latest in a long line of disasters since I foolishly upgraded to Windows 10. This one has a terminal feel to it. I get the blue screen of death which goes through a series of circular fixes with the same result. I have tried all the fixes suggested on
forums - nothing seems to work. Help ! The screen tells me to look up Error0xc000021a !
