Windows 10: Help for BSOD Loop.

Hi.As recently as yesterday, my system decided to crash, and has been in an endless loop of CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. Since then, I've tried to fix it, tried to chkdsk and sfc scan but to no avail, both didn't work due to some permission and error code.I then tried to reset my laptop, keeping files, however on multiple occasions it just failed and undid the changes.I finally got it to work, using a bootable USB Drive. I have 2 very big problems however. Because I reset the laptop before, I did not actually save a backup of my desktop files. Is there a way to recover the files located on the deskt

• Have you made any changes on your device prior to the issue?
• What is the complete error message that you're seeing on the screen?

Method 1:

• This issue seems to be more related to hardware, please go through
  
  CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and
  BAD_POOL_CALLER and check for the resolution steps.
  

If you could contact your system manufacturer and run a hardware diagnostic that will help you out with this issue.
