Windows 10: [HELP] Frustratingly long time to startup after restarting every time

My laptop takes around five minutes every time I restart. It usually takes less than 10 seconds due to the SSD. Could it be because I've turned on insider updates ? I have checked my task manager and disabled all non essential apps to run on startup - Spotify , Discord, Onedrive etc. Here's a screenshot of my task manager's startup page. Date and Time

I suggest you to change the Date and Time format from Control Panel and check. Also select the time zone as UTC-5.00 Eastern Time.


After changing the setting, I suggest you to set “Windows Time” service as automatic. Follow the steps provided below.

• Press Windows logo Key + R key.
• Type services.msc
• Right click on Windows Time service.
• Select Properties.
• Under startup type drop down, change it to Automatic.
• Click on Apply button and OK button.

Restart your computer and check.

Can you check the bios boot time in the task manager?
Have you also tried to disable fast startup. Do a search in this forum to get the steps for disabling fast startup. It can solve this kind of problems
