Windows 10: Help get back bitlocker recovery key

My laptop is ASUS, i have trouble with bitlocker recovery key, when i buy the laptop the technician setting windows with my email but never confirm abait the activated or OTP, he setting the windows with him email, so my bitlocker key maybe in his account, so how i get back my bitlocker recovery key?, I buy the laptop in 2017 so i think the technician is in not the store now

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
