[HELP] Getting Random BSOD while gaming or browsing website

Hi everyone, English is not my native language but i will try to explain my problem as clear as possible.

I have been suffer BSOD for weeks while i was playing battlefield 4, my pc always getting me a BSOD randomly in the middle of the games ( about 30min to 2hours play time ) its hard to tell what cause the problem, also i notice a few times BSOD while i was surfing my google chrome on youtube.

I also try most of the solution that i can figure out but none of them fix my problem!
At first I try sfc.exe (windows found corrupt files and fixed it), also ran malwarebyte etc for viruses scan and it did found some and fix it, i though these was the problem that cause BSOD, so i gave a few more round of gaming and i got the BSOD again.
Alright then... maybe is the temperature is too high so i clean all the dusk and renew all the cooling paste, but still no luck, BSOD! (currently CPU temp 60+ gaming, GPU temp 60+ gaming)
Then i start to panic.... and google everything i can find on the internet ,the result is mostly telling me about Ram issue cause the problem etc, so i run memtest 5.01, after 6 hour of test i got no error...
Then i try to reinstall windows to a different hard disk and test again...but it crash about 30min while in the middle of the game (installed anti virus, nvidia driver express installation mode,Origin, BF4)
I even move my hardware to a new PC casing to test out! But still fail. Yeah.. i know its stupid but i really getting out of hand :[
Okay then i start to use Microsoft verifier.exe and gave it a reboot to test out... just about my pc to reach the windows user login, it crash with BAD_POOL_CALLER... after reboot few more times it gave the same result.

so is it mean i got a failure driver? need help desperately *cry

    :)

random Freezing leads to BSOD. I give up.

Hi, I just bought this laptop Lenovo Legion Y720 and installed a NVMe SSD for Windows.

I'm using Windows 10 HSL edition came from Lenovo.

For no reason I got random freezing while playing games or just browsing and do other chill stuff and that leads to BSOD.

Please help me identify and solve this thing...

I attached multiple Minidump file from the BSOD.

    091917-6406-01.dmp

    092217-5984-01.dmp

    please help me solve this..

[HELP] Getting Random BSOD while gaming or browsing website

Your system has only 3 Windows Updates(KB) installed.
Please update all windows updates to further optimize and stabilize your system.

Your latest dumpfile is probably caused by Selow_64x.sys.
    Driver Description: SoftEther VPN Driver
Driver Update Site: Download - SoftEther VPN Project
Update to the latest windows 10 compatible version.

    The other dumpfiles are:
Code: ******************************************************************************* * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff801c4948065, 0, ffffffffffffffff} Probably caused by : USBXHCI.SYS ( USBXHCI!Bulk_Transfer_CompleteCancelable+177 ) Followup: MachineOwner[/quote] You are still using the first BIOS version 039. There were many new versions with enhanced compatibilty with usb devices and improve system stabilty etc.
Also you have a 4 th generation Intel Cpu and Asustek adviced to update your bios before using a 4th generation CPU
Please update your BIOS to the latest version from here https://www.asus.com/us/support/Down...EkEIQokEMw/45/
