Windows 10: Help getting support from Help app - the issue prevents being able to get support!

Hello,



I am trying to get support for an issue where Windows Security keeps asking for my pin. I have a set-up that is on a developer build and I cannot reset or reinstall Windows. It's not an option. But in order to get support from the Help app, I have to go through Windows Security, which just keeps asking for my pin no matter what option I choose, even if I use the right pin for logging it works, thank goodness!.



How can I get support for this issue? It is affecting all of my apps that require Windows Security including actually getting SUPPORT for the issue.

  Press windows key, and type Contact Support.
  
• 
  Select Services and apps.
  
• 
  Click on Windows.
  
• 
  Click on Technical Support.
  
• 
  There you will be able to contact the Technical support.

I can help here... but only via a site where I found this before. I can't even remember the site, but search in Google for "Hacking SUSE 10.2"

The first site that pops up will list the steps necessary to add MP3 support(and other plug-ins and DVD support) to SUSE.

• When you say that "use help on Family tree maker", from where exactly have you downloaded Family tree maker?
• Have you checked with the manufacture of the software or program whether help is supported in Family tree maker?
