Windows 10: Help, Help, Help, pls, My user account mysteriously disappeared,

I need help urgently. Appreciate it very much in advance.I have 2 laptops, one is new while the other one is old. I have not used the old laptop for a few years.Yesterday I need 2 laptops to work on. So I turned on my old laptop and signed in with my recorded password. Seems no problem.However, when I went back to sign in my new laptop. Strange things happened. Everything is different, setting is different, files in the file explorer I used to work are not there, basically all data I worked on are gone. I don't know where my original account is. Anyone has any idea? How can I get my or

Okay here is my problem, i was playing around with .bat files and stupid me decided to run one and now my account has disappeared and now can only be found in my C: drive. this .bat file contained

Okay, so stupid me posted this and magicly fixed it by going to reg. and changing my account value to "2"
