Ok plz dont put that the "regedit stratagy where you go to regedit and then Hkey local and Microsoft windows nt profile list yadayada because that doesnt work, and the command where you make yourself admin and then go to type nwet something like that and /active:yes and stuff plz no. Ok lets get into it.So, you normaly sign in with your pasword and then it says Preparing windows... and then It pops me up with this mesagge saying "We cant sign in to your account" "This problem can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you dont sign out now, any files you create of

• Are you able to use Mail and Calendar apps?
• Are you using a local account or a Microsoft account?

It could be due to corrupt system files or missing updates or software changes.

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Restart the computer a few times and check for Windows Updates.

In the Search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.

If the issue persists, then try to run SFC scan.

Scan for damaged system files. Right-click the Start icon and select
Command Prompt (Admin). In the Command Prompt window, type
sfc /scannow and hit Enter.

Try to run the troubleshooter for Windows apps if Mail app is not working.
