Windows 10: HELP!!! HIGH NETWORK USAGE system and windows upd on data usage and svchost.exe and...

as i mentioned above, 3 things are detected using high network. so this happened a while ago when i feel like my wifi is so slow, and fyi my wifi has a usage limit called FUP and the limit for each month is 550gb. its never going through the limit my entire life, then suddenly its going through the limit for whatever reason. so i checked my data usage on settings and i found out "system and windows upd" using about 200gb this month which is pretty strange, cus i dont even know what that is and how is it happening. then i read a few thread about this problem and after i checked my task manager

Hi, the common suggestion for System data usage being high is related to Windows Update. However your data usage is so high that seems improbable. Given that, what does your Windows Update History show you? Please provide a screenshot. That said, it also seems improbably this is the cause- your build number is the same as mine. You can get a more complete picture- and perhaps convince yourself whether it is app-related usage or not from this:

You can break down current System usage with Process Explorer.

Note the column I've added on the right- data from the internet. You can monitor disk and internet activity.
