Windows 10: Help. How do I fix this unsolvable automatic repair loop

I am stuck in an automatic repair loop that started after my pc tried to install a windows 11 update. Everytime my pc restarts I get the blue screen and an error that reads Bad System Config info before it restarts again and leads me to the automatic repair screen. There is seemingly no solution. I have done everything and followed multiple instructions from multiple sites and people to no avail. I have tried to reset my pc, or atleast reinstall windows 11, and it says it just can't. So with no other options, I have no idea what to do but stare at this awful blue screen asking me to restart so

your concern?

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
