    Hi,

    Had a problem with my laptop yesterday and haven't been able to resolve it with Google so far. I have an HP Omen 15 from 2015 that has stopped allowing me to type symbols like @$*! etc. When I try, just nothing is typed. So it's not a language problem. I've also tested the following: - check language/keyboard is set to US had no change - Uninstall generic keyboard driver and restart had no change - on screen keyboard and external keyboard both work normally when trying to type symbols - the keys work fine individually, so 2 types, shift + other letter/number creates uppercase or the symbol, but just specifically certain symbols aren't working.

    If anyone has any advice on how to fix this it would be GREATLY appreciated. Also let me know if more details are required.

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    I don't like HP anymore!

    why my hp G62-225NR keeps shuting down when i am playing WOW, so bad laptop, it is easy to be so hot to shut down. what's the prob ?? confusing me.I just got it .
    any suggestion to help me out is appreciated.
