    Bitlocker recovery key. can't type letters, numbers only

    Hi,

    Dell XPS, Pro Windows. Installed resent windows update and after re-start received Bitlocer recovery screen asking to enter Bitlocker Recovery key.

    Can't type the letters of the bitlocker recovery key, only numbers. Any known solution?

    How do I type in my 28 digit recovery key Id? It has letters and numbers but it’s only letting me use the function keys to type in numbers. It won’t let me type in letters. Please help!

    Won’t let me type in letters from my recovery key id

    How do I type in my 32 digit recovery key Id? It has letters and numbers but it’s only letting me use the function keys to type in numbers. It won’t let me type in letters. Please help!
