Windows 10: Help, I can't do anything on the computer

A few months ago, my computer started to glitch so I tried to reset it while saving the files, but some error occurred in the process and when I tried to log in to the user there was only a black screen and a cursor. I fixed it, but there are still a lot of glitches. The computer often turned off for no reason, froze, and so on. Recently, my keys began to gradually disappear - first CTRL stopped working, then - and + and now also 5 and 6The keyboard works, The site for testing the keyboard responded to CTRL, but neither keyboard shortcuts with CTRL nor games perceived the presses. and so, I

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
