Windows 10: HELP I CAN'T FIX MY PC

Sorry for my bad English Please help my screen says:RecoveryYour PC/Device Needs to be repairedThe operating system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contain errors. File: Windows\system32\config\systemChoose one of the option below to adress this problem. Now it shows were i have to type Esc, Enter, and F8 but the keyboard wont turn on. I plug everywhere on the pc but still dont do anything. I was trying to fix automatic repair loop so i go to cmd and type "bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled no". Please you need to help me
