Windows 10: (HELP) i can't reset or reinstall windows 10 and there is no product key/ID . . .

hi . this is gonna be a long post so i'm sorry if my english is a little bad . . .

this is the stat of my windows and my pc : . . .

as you can see there is nothing in front of product ID and product key and also activation ( in the links ) which means i don't have any product ID or product key . this is why : . . .

1 ) i tried to activate the windows 10 using KSMauto . i uninstalled the key to install a new one which was this one : NPPR9-FWDCX-D2C8J-H872K-2YT43

but it gave me this error : the software licensing service reported that the licence is not installed Product key installation error: 0xC004F015 (SPP)

2 ) then i tried to use this method ( slmgr /ipk ) and it gave me this error : 0xC004f015 on a computer running microsoft windows non-core edition , run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004f015 to display the error text .

3 ) then i tried this method : i gave these commands to cmd . . .

DISM.exe /Online /Get-TargetEditions

DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:NPPR9-FWDCX-D2C8J-H872K-2YT43 /AcceptEula



And it gave me this error : . . .



Image Version: 10.0.19041.450

Error: 50

Setting an edition is not supported with online images.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log



4 ) then i tried reinstalling windows 10 . this time , home edition version 1909 . i saw this error : we cant tell if your pc is ready to continue installing windows 10 . try restarting setup .



5 ) then i tried to reset my pc and it gave me this error : . . .

There was a problem resetting your PC . no changes were made .

product key/id

Is the product key different from the product id?
I have a 25 character key for windows and on the profile page it says product id with a different number. Then on the right it says change product key. This confusing.to me. Could you please explain in case I have to reinstall.

Hi Russell,

We appreciate the information you've provided regarding the product ID. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you do the following steps:

• Click on Start and type: Command Prompt.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey.
• Press Enter. That should give you the product key to type in the activation.

Need to find Windows 10 product key for a reinstall.

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I want to inform you that once the system is upgraded to Windows 10 then the specific product key get attached with the MAC ID (Media Access ID) and it doesn't require any further activation if reinstallation is performed. Until
and unless we change the hardware devices like motherboard.

I would suggest you to follow the steps provided by Andre Da Costa in the below mentioned WIKI article and see if it helps you to fix the issue.
