Windows 10: Help i can't update windows 21h2

Alright so i have an laptop HP and I have tried to update the laptop many times already, I will tell some of the things that I have seen:- I had an error in a Driver, I installed something from HP and apparently it doesn't work anymore- I have tried to update Windows with +10 methods imagine one, maybe I have already tried- When I update normally during boot my screen does not load and random colored stripes appear on the screen and i Must turn off at source and turn back on- When I update with a wizard it seems that the Driver did not work, I tried and it still did not work even when I saw

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
