Windows 10: HELP!!! I forgot my password and I can't reset it because I am not getting recovery key on...

I have a Laptop which is facing Blue Screen of Death. Now when I try to restore it, it asks me for a BitLocker Recovery Key. To generate the Recovery Key, I need to login to my account, which I am unable to, as I have forgotten my password I use a PIN to login to my system.I have tried the Forgot Password to recover my account, but I am not getting any recovery key on my Alternate Email ID.I have tried the recovery form, but its not able to identify me.Microsoft, please provide a better way for me to prove that it me trying to login.

Two step works for me if your phone info is the same as it was you should be able to recover it.
