Windows 10: Help I forgot my PIN for Windows Hello and I cannot reset it

Help I forgot my PIN for Windows Hello and I cannot reset it. I can only sign in to my computer using my email address and password. If I go to Settings -> Accounts -> Ways to sign in the PIN Windows Hello states This option is currently unavailable. I am unable to reset this this from Windows. If I go to my Microsoft account online there is no option or way within the Security tab to reset it. I'm entirely stuck. Help please. It appears this is a very common issue with no resolution. I have tried switching to a local account and back to my Microsoft account. That does not work because

How to Reset Forgot Windows 10 Pro Hello PIN

I have a domain joined the system and I set Windows Hello PIN sign-in option but I forgot my pin and am unable to find my current PIN when it's clicking on change (Screen-Shot Attached). Also, i am unable to find "forgot option" near Windows Hello PIN. Also i am unable to change PIN from login screen when i click on forgot PIN the next screen it to Provide my domain id password when i press and enter the next screen is back to Windows Login Screen before ALT+CTRL+DEL onces

When I click onI forgot my Pin it It then says that I can reset my PIN by going to Settings >Accounts>Sign-in Options.

I am already there. It won't allow me to reset.

Hi,

Normally, adding PIN is needed before you set up Windows Hello. If you forgot your PIN, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• In the login screen, click the key logo to input the login password of the account.
• Open Settings in Windows menu, and click on the Account icon to enter account settings.
• Choose Sign-in option, and click I forgot my PIN to reset your PIN.
  
  Note: If it is a local account, kindly input the local account login password; then, you can reset your PIN. However, if it is a
  Microsoft account, a message will ask you “Are you sure you forgot your PIN", please click
  Continue. You need to verify your Microsoft account password; then, you can set a new PIN for your current account.
  
• Restart your computer.
