Windows 10: Help! I got a weird login

So basically yesterday, I opened up my laptop and saw that there were failed login attempts and I got scared, I logged myself into the laptop and ran an antivirus, they all said it was ok. Knowing me, I overthink a lot. I completely restarted my pc, then I was paranoid again and restarted it again. I also noticed like 10K audit events on the event manager thing. I was absolutely scared. I don’t know what to do. I asked my dad to check everything and he’s a software engineer. He said there’s nothing in there. I’m basically freaking out. I don’t know what to do? Do I resume to do my stuff on my pc or just shut it down forever?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
