Windows 10: Help!! I have lost my admin and I'm the only user

I'm freaking out here!!

I have lost my admin rights and as I'm the only user and the only one in the home, I have never set a password, I had someone do a rebuild for me, so I have no recovery media.

I can't find my V number I'm pretty sure it's the latest 1

Thank you for posting in Community. I understand your concern, we in Community will try to help you in the best possible way we can.

I would suggest that you perform the step mentioned below and check if the issue persist:

Method 1: Change the account to admin.

• 
  Click on the Start Menu,
  locate and click on “Settings” which is located on the left menu pane.
  
• 
  Then click on “Accounts”, locate
  “Family and other Users” located on the left menu pane.
  
• 
  On the navigation window, you will be able to view all the accounts that have been created in your computer. Click on the account that you choose to switch to administrator account.
  
• 
  You will find the option to “Change Account Type”, click on it. Then you will find a drop down list where you can change the user account to admin. Make the changes to your liking and restart computer.

Here you go:

1. Create a desktop shortcut for cmd.exe.
2. Right-click it, then left-click Run as administrator.
3. Accept the challenge. You will get a black frame.
4. Type these commands and press Enter after each:
   
   net users
   
   (to see a list of all user accounts)
   
   net user "John Doe" 12345678
   
   (to set John's password to 12345678)

Deleting the "other admin account" would be equivalent to throwing away your spare house key. Why would you want to do this?
