Windows 10: Help! I have never had a computer that refuses to do anything!!

Last night I spent around 7 hours trying to figure out this computer and it's still just a glorified Google machine. It is a Dell xps8700 with an upgraded graphics board, 12gb ram and Dell i7. It has windows 11 pro, which this tower is not equipped for, so I tried to downgrade to windows 10 since they are compatible. It went through the whole download process, but refuses to install. There are 11 driver updates which it also refuses to install. I have tried to install everything that it needs, but it just straight out refuses to install anything. And to top everything off, all the other

WiFi refuses to turn on

Hello,

A quick question before we proceed:

Is your computer airplane mode is turn on?

I suggest you to go to the follow the below step and check if you’re able to toggle the Airplane mode:

• 
  Go to settings and click on Network & Internet.
  
• 
  Go to airplane mode and toggle.
  

I also suggest you to check if the function key for Wi-Fi works or not. Kindly
Refer to your computer manual to check which function key do so.

My computer refuses to update

My computer refuses to update Windows. When I try I get this error code: 0x80070057.

I have reset Windows and even reinstalled it at one point. It still tells me I need updates that it refuses to update. Any suggestions?
