Windows 10: Help! I may have accidentally deleted my admin account and I can’t get back in to fix it!

I was playing COD bo6 and it kept crashing, in the crash reports it said Activision didn’t have permission for something I love my PC but I honestly don’t know much about computers so I stupidly half-**** followed instructions to change my permission settings, and now I’m locked out of my own PC. I can only open 3rd party apps or ones that didn’t come with windows, settings, files, none of them work. I tried to fix this again stupidly following an online tutorial by Google AI, I know, that was dumb. So I had to force open cmd thru task manager, and I entered a prompt to give myself permiss

Accidentally deleted admin account

I need help. I accidentally deleted the admin account. Thats the only account in my computer. And when i try to add an account it wouldnt let me so i tried to restart the pc. When i restart i cant enter anymore. Its asking me to login. But my password
is not accepted anymore. I dont know maybe because that account is the one i accidentally deleted. What to do now?

I was fed up having to log in a password every time I had to enter my laptop. So I followed some online tutorial and ended up deleting some user accounts on my laptop. I think I accidentally deleted a lot of user profile! I still have to log in with a password to enter my laptop but I have no admin account *Sad
