Windows 10: Help: I need an app or tool that can track activity & idle times

Hello, I am looking for an app that can automatically track my activity on my computer, specifically at which times and for how long I've been active and idle. I want to use this to see how much time I spend on my school projects and discover my personal study / break patterns, and eventually see how I can improve my productivity based at what times I've been working on which tasks, which preferably can be filled in manually. Does anyone know a tool on Windows or an external app that can provide this and is free or has a free trail?

You should add VLC to that list. Plays most anything, except WMV/WMA.

And are we sticking to free tools? Cause I have suggestions for some that cost money, but are well worth it IMHO.

Bluetooth still on while idle

Thanks for following the steps. Now, the settings won't take effect if you are only using normal PC idle mode. Normal functionality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are to stay connected even if PC is idle. With the settings that you have created, we would
suggest that you set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or
Hibernate once idle. In this way, the settings "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" should take effect.

To set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or Hibernate when idle, please follow these steps:

• Open Control Panel, set view by: Small
  icons.
• Look for Power Options.
• Click on Change when the computer sleeps on the left pane.
• Set a timer.
