Windows 10: help i regret downloading windows 7

Discus and support help i regret downloading windows 7 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i registered to download windows 10 but realised it wont run smooth bcs my pc is bad...and it downloaded i culdnt stop it.is there anyway to delete...     i registered to download windows 10 but realised it wont run smooth bcs my pc is bad...and it downloaded i culdnt stop it.is there anyway to delete windows 10 files without loosing your programms and other stuff...it is laggy for me bcs of the files.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
