Windows 10: HELP I THINK MY CMD GOT DELETED

Hi Microsoft Team,my windows always say "windows cannot find cmd" I tried to locate it on my folders especially in system32 folder but I can't find any cmd.exe there, I already try sfc /scannow but it didn't work and I fully reset my pc already but still no cmd. I think it started when my brother try to bypass my windows password to open my pc. Please Help I'm having a hard time to install some software that requires cmd to run it first. Thank you!

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

Instructions for deleting files, using CMD

Hello to the Community,

Need to delete lots of files; some are large.

I'm looking for the steps to permanently delete selected files, using CMD (I am NOT a skilled User)

The standard Delete via File Explorer sometimes doens't work....and/or is very slow to delete.

Its 2-step operation... to collect, and then delete via the Recycle Bin .... takes
approximately forever on some files.

Google research shows me there's some simple ways to use CMD like DEL / RMDIR / /Q /S But I don't know how to use them.

Could someone send me the specific steps I should enter?

And also, what is the exact layout/format for defining the file(s) to be deleted, in each CMD string ?
