Windows 10: help i want to recover my windows

so i installed a os called bliss os in dual boot it worked fine after that i thought i should remove this from my pc now so i booted up my old windows 10 os saw a toturiol on how to do it and he said to delete the boot folder in the system reserved partition after doing it i restarted my pc and see a messege no boot divices found can someone help i tried using hiren windows pe thing whatever it is called and tried using easy bcd it showed cant find bcd so can someone help

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
