Windows 10: Help identify issue with BSOD 0x0000007f

Hello, I have windows 11.I extensively work with C++/Unreal Engine and use Rider as IDE. I have recently started receiving random Internal Compiler Errors during project compilation. Upon restarting of compilation they just go away. The main problem though is that sometimes during compilation I get blue screen error, which is 0x0000007f KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. It happens only during compilation and I am not sure how to debug it. I don't see a way to attach a file, how can I share screenshots and dump files?
