Windows 10: Help im a bit confused and im stressing a bit

hi so i went to turn my pc off then turn the power supply off then back on again right after i was playing some black ops 6 on the pc xbox app then when i turn the power supply back on then went to go play black ops 6 again via pc xbox app it asked me twice to sync data and idk if this is normal or what but my question is is that id i redo my whole shut down process and then turn my power supply on and then back on will it ask me the same thing and if so will it corrupt my game files and game progression for black ops 6 and secondly if i do the same shut down process and turn my power supply o

No I did not. I know its link is probably listed here in this forum Ill try to look now...ok I found it..BUT. I am on the Dev Channel so will this Enablement Package ( Download KB4562830 MSU for Windows 10 20H2 64-bit (x64) - 84.9 MB) Work for me? or..can I switch quickly to the Beta Channel and then it would work if I cant be on the Dev Channel?

Okay again im Running Windows 10 Pro version 2004 Build 21313 and want to get updated/Upgraded to 21H1..
I tried running this enablement package..( Download KB4562830 MSU for Windows 10 20H2 64-bit (x64) - 84.9 MB)
to go from 2004 to 20H2 and when I run it it says its not applicable for my system..? Is there another Enablement Package I can Use that works for my version and Build? Does anyone here know?

Japanese IME - How to have menus in English?

The default display language for the Microsoft IME is "Automatic", and occasionally it decides for whatever reason to change from English to Japanese or vice versa.
At any rate, you can correct the issue without removing any language packs via the following steps. I'm going to assume that your Windows display language is in English, but your IME is set to display in Japanese.

1. Navigate thus: Control Panel -> Region & Language -> Keyboards &
   Languages -> Change Keyboards
   
2. Highlight "Microsoft IME" under the Japanese (Japan) keyboard section of the "Installed services" list
   
3. Select "Properties"
   
4. Under the ""全股" tab, you will see an option at the bottom "メニューおよびダイアログで使用する言語" which is the IME display language option. Change this to "英語" (English) and save your changes (the buttons are in the same order as they are in the English UI, "Okay", "Cancel", "Apply", and "Help".
   

The next time you reopen the IME in the language bar, it should display in English.
