Running Low on Space

I keep getting a warning that I am running low on space in the Local Disk (F. None of the suggested fixes are doing anything to free up storage, any suggestions?

Ive upgraded to windows 10 32-bit and i would really like some help on switching it to 64-bit.

Okay so i had windows 7 ultimate 32-bit on my computer that has 8 gigs of ram and a processor thats capable of running 64-bit and now ive upgraded to windows 10 32-bit and i would really like some help on switching it to 64-bit so i can run some of my games
i dont care about any of the files on my computer its sole purpose is internet gaming i would really love it if someone could help me throught switching step by step? this whole time i thought my computer was 64-bit now i know why its not doing its job
