Windows 10: Help! I'm using OneNote for Windows 10 and suddenly the links in the Notes don't work. How...

I'm using OneNote for Windows 10 on a laptop running Windows 10 Pro. I use links in OneNote a lot to cross-reference paragraphs, pages, and sections. In my notes, I also often include links to external websites like https://www.website****.Suddenly, these links are not working anymore. The links to external websites are totally inactive.The links within OneNote usually give the error message shown in the attachment. Can I easily get the links working again? It would be a lot of work to get all of them re-established manually! And even then, I would not have the confidence that it wouldn't happ

Notes in Onenote (came with Windows 10) suddenly disappeared.

Don't know what I did with Onenote, my notebook suddenly disappeared.

When access the Onenote, it displays a new notebook asking me to start taking notes.

(Panic or in a state of shock) Went into another room and turned on another Windows 10 computer.

When accessing Onenote, all my note files are there. (So, I didn't lose anything.)

Help needed:

How to get this computer to be able to bring up my Onenote normally, not a new notebook.

(My other computer can do, but this one can no longer do it.)
