Windows 10: help installing windows 10 iot core

Hi there I am trying to install windows 10 iot core onto my raspberry pi. I have ran the iot dashbaord software and complected that ok put card into pi and connect hdmi and rj45 to it and powered on pi all it get is a square off red yellow dark blue pale blue there is no network connection. What am i doing wrong.

I have tryed using another browser etc. it doesn't help.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
