Windows 10: HELP!! Locked out of my PC!! PC ONLY OPENS TO OTHER USER!!

HELP!! Locked out of my PC!! PC ONLY OPENS TO OTHER USER!! And I dont ever remember even giving Other User a name and password!?!? So i am completely locked out of my win 10 pc.. When i restart using; Restart = Shift at same time it only opens back to Other User!! Cannot restart in safe mode. I tried the other way by turning pc on and off 3x but still only Other User comes up. When I try to open in Safe Mode pc is constantly being interrupted by some “Sticky Keys” option….getting in the way of a smooth Safe Mode opening. One time Administrator came up but i don’t know or have password for Admi

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Method 1:

I suggest you to install any pending updates on the system to check if that helps. Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Method 2:

I also suggest you to perform clean boot and check if it helps.
Placing the computer in a clean boot state can reduce software conflicts and help identify the root cause of the issue.

Note: Once you are done with the troubleshooting, perform the steps in "How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot "to reset computer as usual.


Method 3:

If issue still persists, I suggest you to create a new Microsoft account and verify the result.

Follow the steps given below:

1. Click on Start and go to setting.

2. Select Accounts.

3. Click on family and user.

4. Under “Other user” click on “Add someone else to this PC”.

5. Follow the instructions and check if it helps.

new pc locking up need help

built a machine recently and it started to lock up and i got a message that reads:hyper transport sync flood error.

pc specs are as follows:

AMD phenom 2 555 3.2 ghz

MSI 785GTM-E45 AMD 785G Socket AM2+ mobo

mushkin ddr2 1gig x2

GIGABYTE GeForce 210 GDDR2 512MB, HDMI OC LP video card

ocz 500w psu

have been able to much on it as its locking up. this pc is running windows 7.

any help or suggestions would be appreciated. even a link to were i can possibly do some research.
