    Help long story. I have fairly new 17 laptop from customer who got hacked that I do not have admin rights. Set to active says success. But no admin logon. Even though I had missing c drive last night I did something and my clean win11 worked now since I can't fix admin missing I am trying another clean install and that intall does not see c drive again so there is no drive to install to. I can use system and use it c drive is there just no admin rights so basically I can't do much with it. ANY IDEAS??????

I cleaned out the virus mostly, but the host files are still in the windows "protection folder" where if i scan, the anti-malware just ignores themi cant view them since i have an anti-malware...

I'm no simpleton, I have a degree or two in the the 'technical sciences' so to speak, even though I don't do ANYTHING of the sort now. ANYWAY, about three weeks ago, once a week I would come in and one of my passwords would be incorrect....
