Windows 10: Help: MapPoint need to create a radius from office and see the zip codes within it

Hi:I've had map point for years love it still today. problem is I forgot how to create a radius from office and get the zip codes from that radius and output it to xcel. I can do it with draw mode I think. I'd like to also pie cut off sections of the radius so I can see what is in northwest northeast southwest and southeast. I'm trying to get areas from my office I can easily know exactly which zip codes are in that radius, or 1/4 of the radius. This way I can show which days I have available for vendors in areas more organized and can make it so much more efficent. With gas prices the w

Can I put Mappoint on a tablet?

I would like to install an old version of Mappoint 2013 on a tablet. I don't care what make or model or how old it is. I just want to put Mappoint on a tablet. I will buy an old used tablet as Mappoint will be the only thing I use it for. I know it is unsupported, but that means nothing to me as I don't need updates. What brand and model tablet do you suggest? The older the better as long as mappoint can be installed on it. I know used units may have battery issues but I wont need long usage time. I have an external CD drive that I can plug into a USB port along with the disk. If I have to install it with a flash drive, that would work also.

Any possible help would be appreciated as I am at my whit's end. Badger and the other mapping programs are poor substitutes.
