Windows 10: Help, Massive Internet Problem

My issue is kinda hard to describe. When I use Google Chrome, pages load really slowly. When I used my VPN (PIA), it won't connect at all. Yet, I can watch videos and livestreams at 1080p 60 fps after the slow loading page. I tried to troubleshoot my connect problem, it just says Windows can't detect the proxy settings

Help? What's going on?

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter

Method 2: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.

• Select Network Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

Massive Problems with software

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I would suggest you to run
System Maintenance Troubleshooter and check if it helps:

• Press Windows + X key.　
• Select Control panel.
• In the search box, type Troubleshooter and then click
  Troubleshooting.
• Under System and Security,
• Click on System Maintenance and Click on Next button.

Method 2: I suggest you to start you system in safe mode and check if the issue persist or not.

To start your system in safe mode follow the below steps:

• Press and hold Shift key and restart your Computer.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advance Option.
• Select Startup Settings.
• Follow the on Screen instruction.
