Windows 10: Help me determine what version of Windows 10 I am legally entitled to

Discus and support Help me determine what version of Windows 10 I am legally entitled to in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I'm fairly certain that ShowKey is giving incorrect info.     How can you be sure it shows the incorrect info...?

    My guess is that if you had Win 8.1 at purchase, it was a downgrade on a Win 10 PC.
    As you wiped Win 8.1 from there - assume no backup? no recovery partition? - that key is now lost, unfortunately.

    I did some research, and the model you claim to have "ASUS ZenBook UX305CA", shipped with Windows 10 brand new. It's one of the new Intel Skylake models, it would not have come with Windows 8.x

    According to spec page, it could have been either Windows 10 home or Windows 10 Pro.
