Windows 10: Help me find lost or missing files in OneDrive

Hi, please help me my life is in real danger. I'm new to windows 11 and i didn't know that automatically i'm stocking my files in one drive, i thought i was stocking them in my computer. So i deleted all the files that i found in one drive. Now everything's gone still don't have any idea if i have an account or not. I'm a designer and all my work is in there, and i have some projects that are really really important so please help me restoring them back.

The names of the files or folders you're trying to find. If the files are photos/videos, tell us the date you took them.

Approximately when you last accessed the files, and on which device (e.g., PC, Android, iPhone).

Consent that we can search your file history for you.
