Windows 10: Help me find my lost laptop

I lost my laptop 5 days ago using my microsoft account I tracked it down but upon reaching the specified place I found the offices locked since it was a public holiday I waited for the next day then it stoped showing its location now it says we cant locate your device how can you help me relocate my device please. Its also showing 0% battery, so if the thief turn it on will it start locating again or maybe not?

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.
