Windows 10: Help me find what cause BlueScreen

3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.

KB3163018 causes bluescreen in DirectX DXGMMS1.sys when I maximize video

Still have the same problem.

My setup:

• Lenovo W530
• Windows 10 64bit
• Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
• NVIDIA Quadro K2000M

Just installed the anniversary update, updated my BIOS, intel graphics card driver and SSD firmware. Fullscreen applications like YouTube still cause a bluescreen.

Any suggestions Microsoft?

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access an address that is pageable or completely invalid. This bug check is usually caused by drivers that have used improper addresses.

As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest that you manually check for updates. It could be that one of your drivers is outdated causing this blue screen error code. Here's how to check for updates:

• Press the Start button, then type Windows Update
  and select it from the search results.
• Click Check for updates.

If there are updates that needs to be installed, kindly install them. After restarting your device, check if the blue screen error appears.
